- A: Click here to view and/or change any active subscriptions.

+ Q: What is the URL for my cPanel?
- A: Type your domain name and add /cpanel to the end. Example: www.domain.tld/cpanel

+ Q: How do I submit a trouble ticket?
- A: E-mail us or login to cPanel and click on 'Submit a Support Request'.

+ Q: What are the mail server ports I should use for SMTP (outgoing e-mail)?
- A: TCP ports 25 (default), 26, 465, and 587. When using SMTP, TCP port 587 is recommended.

+ Q: What are the mail server ports I should use for POP (incoming e-mail)?
- A: TCP ports 110 (default), and 995 (secure). With TLS/SSL encryption, TCP port 995 is preferred for POP.

+ Q: What are the mail server ports I should use for IMAP (incoming e-mail)?
- A: TCP ports 143 (default), and 993 (secure). With TLS/SSL encryption, TCP port 993 is preferred for IMAP.

+ Q: How do I setup a custom php.ini file (i.e., custom PHP configuration) for my scripts? Updated for PHP 5
- A: Consider starting from our php.ini templates: Right-click the following URLs, select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" to download the latest template for our current PHP configuration. Place your custom php.ini configuration file within the main installation directory of the script you need it for; if multiple scripts need it, repeat the procedure for each PHP script. To put your custom PHP configuration into effect, rename it to just "php.ini" without quotes.

+ Q: How long do you retain backups of active accounts?
- A: For active accounts, backups are usually retained for the last 24 hours, 7 days (refreshed once each week), and 30 days (refreshed once each month).

+ Q: How long do you retain inactive accounts (i.e. disabled, expired, non-renewed, suspended)?
- A: Inactive accounts may be retained indefinitely only if you express interest in renewing at a later date.

+ Q: Do you allow adult content on your servers?
- A: Yes, legal adult content is allowed.

+ Q: Do you allow IRC services on your servers?
- A: No, as per our security precautions we do not allow any type of IRC services on our network unless you rent a dedicated server.

+ Q: What are the processor or CPU clock frequencies for your servers?
- A: 2.4 GHz to 3.0 GHz or higher.

+ Q: What is the Front Side Bus (FSB) speed for your servers?
- A: All customer servers use either 533 MHz, 800 MHz, or better.

+ Q: How much memory (RAM) is in each of your web hosting servers?
- A: All customer servers have at least 2048 MB (2 GB) of RAM or more.>

+ Q: Where are your servers located or what data center are they in?
- A: The Planet, Savvis, and DataBank data centers in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, U.S.A.

+ Q: Will you expand to any other locations?
- A: We plan future expansion into the Fortress ITX data center in Clifton, New Jersey, U.S.A.; and although we do not have an ETA for it yet, custom dedicated server solutions may be available by request.

+ Q: Do you sponsor, discount, or provide free (perhaps ad-based) web hosting service?
- A: Not at the present time; under no circumstance do we sponsor: individuals, gaming clans or guilds, companies, or other organizations; however, for larger orders we are willing to negotiate a discount.

+ Q: Do you price match or price beat competitors?
- A: We are happy to offer our best effort Match-or-Beat "MOB pricing" price matching so if you happen to find a better offer for quality service from a reputable company, ask to see if we'll match or beat it.

+ Q: What is your MOB pricing?
- A: It stands for Match-or-Beat pricing, or MOB pricing, and is what we've branded our price matching offer that is available to anyone and everyone. When you need the best price, MOB pricing is the one to bet on. :)

+ Q: What services qualify for MOB pricing?
- A: All web hosting services, domain name registrations, renewals and transfers qualify for our MOB pricing.
